At CVS Health, I helped ensure reliable processing of 20M+ daily claims and supported $4B in annual rebate operations. I strengthened governance and introduced automated recovery across hybrid cloud and on-prem platforms.
Most recently, I led delivery and operations for a $7.1M enterprise data management modernization at an 800-person, $450M+ healthcare organization. That work generated $16.8M+ in annualized savings, protected over $200M in Medicare revenue, and achieved 99.9% reliability across ETL, MFT, EDI, cloud, and integration platforms.
